After finishing the lights, it was time to get back to the front suspension assembly. The front anti roll-bar was the next step.
To start, I assembled the brackets that the anti-roll bar fits through. The brackets are rubber bushing mounted inside of a metal cylinder.
I had a hard time fitting the rubber bushing into the metal cylinder. In the end, I found that covering the inside of the cylinder and the outside of the rubber bushing with a generous amount of silicon lube was the best method.
Next step was getting the ball ends of the anti-roll bar into the cups on the upper wishbones. I knew that the balls would fit, but at first they did not go in at all. To fix this, I took a dremel with a sanding attachment and removed all the powder coating and burrs from inside the cup. I did this a few times until the ball was a perfect fit inside the cup.
I then slid the anti roll-bar through the bushing, inserted the balls and got everything tightened down and in place.
