Time to make some light. This step looked quite challenging. Even the manual says that this step is the most complicated. To start, the light housing needed to be connected to the mount and the blinker. This part was relatively easy. After getting the blinker mount and light housing connected, I routed the ground wire from the blinker into the light bulb and grounded it. This was a quick screw turn and done.
Next for the main part. I had to route the five wires from the headlight through the mounting tube. This part was the most challenging. The issue is that the PVC cable cover gets stuck in the mounting tube. I tried several methods to stick the wires through. Nothing worked.

So I decided to remove the PVC wire cover. Putting each wire through by itself worked much better. After the headlight wiring is finished, I will put heat shrink on the wires and connectors.
Next I mounted the headlight assembly onto the car. This part only needed a little bit of modification - the tab on the mounting tube was too tight. To fix this, I bent it out a small amount.
Now that the headlights are on, the car is looking great!
